MTSS, Pinellas County Schools Instructional Staff Developer

Monitor school-wide attendance, academic, discipline data and disseminate as appropriate, assign follow up tasks and monitor fidelity. Evaluate school-wide support systems related to the same and develop (with leadership team) process improvements along with a plan to implement them and monitor their fidelity.

Database Management/Software Design

My software is currently at use in eleven Pinellas County Middle and High Schools and has been credited as a factor in the elevation of school grades in two schools that were seeking to avoid DOE interventions.
